Duties and Responsibilities



Providing support to the accounting department.Ensure all accounting tasks are performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones.Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts statements.Handle email correspondence with clients regarding outstanding invoices in a professional and timely manner.Prepare documentation for external auditors
Qualifications

At least two years' experience in accounting or a related fieldStrong mathematical and analytical skillsProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to read and analyze financial reports
