Job Title: Senior Account Manager
Location: Manila, Philippines
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE: The Senior Account Manager is responsible for running the day-to-day operations onsite. You are responsible for liaising with the Clients and internal teams to ensure the on-time, on-brief delivery of high-quality digital projects and campaigns. As the Senior Account Manager, you will be leading project delivery, from ideation to execution, working with multiple internal and external teams. You will support business growth by ensuring that projects are delivered on-time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You will also work closely with the Account Director to ensure that the Clients are happy, and to look for up-selling opportunities.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Key Roles and Accountabilities: Ensure client contact proactively supports the team's performanceEnsure client expectations are well managed and realizedMonitor, guide, and coach team members for their professional growth and developmentDrive quality control – develop robust rationales for work to be presentedHave a perspective beyond the immediate tasks e.g. forecast and resourcingBe a collaborative problem solver with the facilitation of the team's developmentTranslate information about problems and their solutions across the teamSearch for new business opportunities and always look to grow the team responsibilitiesCreate and monitor KPIs to ensure the timely delivery of key objectivesWear multiple hats as needed for the success of the teamDemonstrate strategic understanding and insight into the client's brand and business prioritiesEnsure admin is done and team timesheets are completed in a timely mannerChair meetings and confidently present work to senior client figures at local and regional levelsEnsure there's an ongoing focus on campaign effectivenessInspire clear briefs and provide sound creative judgmentProactively manage finances – audits, income changes, budgets, and resourcesGenerate monthly Management Information packsLiaise with third-party vendors when necessaryWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE: Role-Specific Skills, Knowledge and Experience: 5 years of experience from outside of OLIVERMinimum 2 years of experience in Senior Account Management levelSocial Media and digital experienceExperience in management of reporting KPI'sStrategic thinkerPersonal Attributes: Self-motivated, working with little supervisionCollaborative team player, open minded and non-politicalProven ability to communicate and liaise with junior to senior-levels in the businessDiscrete about all confidential and personal informationDriven, proactive, helpful, and an enthusiastic team playerFinancial rigor and business acumenQuality of being extremely thorough and accurateDemonstrable leadership abilities
