Job Description:
MetroMart is seeking a passionate and driven part-time Secretary to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As a Secretary at MetroMart, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office documents, files, and records
- Schedule appointments and meetings for senior management
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a Secretary or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
