Responsibilities:
Clearing obstacles

Establishing an environment where the team can be effective

Addressing team dynamics

Ensuring a good relationship between the team and product owner as outside the teamProtecting the team from outside interruptions and distractions

Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning and retrospective meeting

Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders

Qualifications:
Degree in IT or a relevant field

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role

Strong servant leadership style

Excellent English communication skills

Excellent people and project management skills

Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
