SKILLS REQUIREMENT:
An experience of 4/5 as Service Manager in AMS for SAP
processes SD, MM.
ITIL 4.0 Knowledge
MS Office
ACTIVITIES:
The resource will managed L1 AMS for Digital Smart
Shopper Retail Applications.
Main backend of these applications is SAP, therefore
She/He must able to prepare and understand conversation
about issue on SAP and/or application side.
The resource must attend the knowledge transfer sessions
about service model adopted and tool used and grant that
the team follow it.
She/He will be responsible for service quality, compliance
with the shared procedure and service level agreement
She/He will report service updates to IT Demand Manager
on weekly Status Meeting
She/He will be responsible for Knowledge Base
Maintenance and internal KT when necessary
She/He will be in contact with Governance Team for doubt
and KT organization for new software releases
