ob Summary
We are seeking a skilled SAP BASIS Consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA BASIS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations, particularly in brownfield projects, and be proficient in SAP Upgrade Management (SUM), roles and authorization, and complex system integrations. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can support customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), lead successful implementations and Go-Live activities, and provide reliable post-Go-Live support.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA BASIS activities, including system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
Execute at least two SAP S/4HANA brownfield implementations, ensuring seamless transitions from legacy systems.
Manage SUM (Software Update Manager) processes, roles and authorization, and complex integrations.
Collaborate with customers during the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, addressing issues and providing expert guidance.
Oversee the Go-Live process, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruptions.
Provide comprehensive post-Go-Live support, troubleshooting, and resolving any technical issues.
Work closely with the SAP implementation team to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
Required Skills and Competencies
Hands-on Expertise: Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA BASIS.
Implementation Experience: Minimum of 2 SAP S/4HANA brownfield implementations.
Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in SUM (Software Update Manager), roles and authorization, and complex system integrations.
Project Management: Ability to assist customers during UAT, implementation, and Go-Live processes.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to support post-Go-Live activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP BASIS with expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
Proven track record in at least 2 SAP S/4HANA brownfield implementations.
Strong knowledge of SAP Upgrade Management (SUM), system integration, and authorization management.
Excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience.
