As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust. Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Lead Salesforce architecture and technical team; design, create and enhance application architecture and assist the client to shape their architectural vision and roadmap plan. Provide architectural solutions and technical oversight across multiple concurrent projects, including sharing expertise on standards, guidelines, and design best practices for the solution based on industry accepted practices. Heavily involved during the discovery and design phase of a project, driving data migration and integration approach for the engagement Provide technical direction to Salesforce Dev Lead in developing custom applications and designing technical solutions that involve integrations across multiple platforms. Provide design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and provide recommendations and guidance on an ongoing basis. Rely on Technical / Dev Lead to raise critical design changes or challenges - assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes. Participate in code reviews and solution walkthroughs throughout the build phase to provide input and ensure continuous improvement. Assist in business development efforts, including providing technical guidance to proposal teams. #PwCSEACPH
