Job Description We are currently seeking a Sales Trainer who will be responsible for the design and delivery of educational programs tailored to our client's sales teams. In this pivotal role, your primary duties will encompass conducting thorough skills gap analyses, developing relevant learning materials, and assessing the outcomes of each training session. Your ultimate objective is to elevate the overall performance of sales teams, equipping them with the requisite skills and knowledge to successfully attain their objectives.
Here's an overview of your future role:
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Day Shift (Mon – Fri, 6AM to 3PM)
Work Arrangement: Onsite, Makati
What do you need to succeed? Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Sales Trainer in a BPO setup.
Experience in a sales position, preferably in an AU telco campaign or any region (UK, US, etc.).
Experience in QA is a plus!
In-depth knowledge of sales techniques.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage the entire training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning.
Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
What awaits you in this role? Mainly conduct new hire trainings for Sales campaigns and upskill trainings for existing members.
Create, test, and optimize scripts to impact and improve performance KPIs.
May be required to assist in or conduct sales coaching and motivational training on the floor.
Work with Operations and QA to identify training opportunities and requirements.
Run training needs analysis and refresher training programs based on operational requests and identified performance gaps.
Create, develop, and deliver modules based on specific training needs arising from escalations or operational requests.
Develop or understand evaluation programs or scorecards.
Work in partnership with the operations leadership in designing and deploying an evaluation form, along with the process of disseminating the information.
Monitor and evaluate calls. Listen to calls and complete evaluation forms. This listening comes in the form of recorded calls, live calls, and side-by-side. Trace and listen to call complaints or issues, analyze specific areas for improvement, and provide insights and recommendations.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve coaching policies and processes.
