3+ years experience as a Team Leader, preferably with Sales experience
Sales experience over the phone, retails
Microsoft office experience
Leadership skills
Highly motivated, can work independently, proactive, and a problem solver
Flexible and can easily adapt to changes
Articulate and has good communication skills
Willing to work on-site and on a shifting schedule but mostly on a graveyard shift
