As Sales Support, you'll be the backbone of the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Your role will involve managing key administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and providing top-notch support to sales representatives.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to: Manage the sales support inbox. Calculate the commission payments due. Handle the volume bonus calculations. Upload rewards program points and management. Onboard partners. Create Pitstop logins. Send uploads of new account creations to IT. Manage commissions increase requests via Cognito forms. Uniform and collateral ordering including business cards. Calculate rebates. We would need you to be or have the following: A degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within [Your Industry] or a similar field. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively and efficiently. Familiarity with PowerBI. Familiarity with Salesforce. Familiarity with Pitstop. Familiarity with RCM. Experience with Proclaim. Experience with Universal Gift Cards. Experience with Giftpay. Experience with Cognito. Experience with Service desk. Experience with Employment Hero.
