Sales Manager/ 10 Yr In Construction Industry Sales/ Cebu Area

Position: SALES & OPERATIONS MANAGER
(to be assigned in Minglanilla Cebu)
Salary : Php50,000 to 70,000/month
Job Type: Fulltime, onsite and urgent

The successful candidate shall;
Manage sales data for the team
Report sales and campaign results to their managers and other departments as needed
Organize and maintain sales collateral for access by the sales team.
Handle field sales and marketing activities to generate sales.
Handle quality lead generation and book appointments
Handle Social Media Campaigns to generate more leads.
Train staff, sales team (Organic & Non-Organic) in products, services, market, and processes for sales excellence.
Develop "go to market" models for products and campaigns.
Increase reps' efficiency with leads, transactions, and time management.

Requirements and Skills
Proven work experience in a Sales and Operations or similar role for at least 3 years.
Degree holder in Marketing or any business course
Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team.
Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process.
Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting.
Relevant training and/or certifications, awards in Sales Operations preferred but not necessary.
Can start immediately.
