Sales Supervisor

Duties:

To lead, coach and train Sales personnel to achieve sales target
To prepare, facilitate and implement sales program
To promote good customer service at all times
To update and submit reports needed by the Management in connection to duties and responsibilities

Qualifications:

Graduate of any 2-year or 4-year course
Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Sales Supervisor
Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team
Previous experience in the appliance industry is a strong advantage
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
