- Monitoring the activities of the distributors and seeing to it that the distributors comply with the requirements set by the company
- Develop strategic & tactical plans to augment distributors' sales and direct-hire sales personnel.
- Willing to travel within Misamis Occidental and Zamboanga Del Norte
