SALES SUPERVISOR (1)JOB QUALIFICATIONS:- 3-5 years of experience in Sales- Graduate of BA or BS Degree in Marketing, Operations Management, BusinessAdministration or other relevant degree.-Preferably worked in a Real Estate.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Supervise the sales activities of the region or group of accounts and projects he assignedpursuant to the target sales in each project.-Provide a summary and assessment of problem areas, bottlenecks and issues adverselyaffecting sales performance and unless involving marketing policy issues, apply solutionwithin the scope of his authority.- Prepare weekly sales status report, in text and graphical form, product sales in terms ofreserved, sold, under documentation, sales requirement completion, etc. for reference of theSales Supervisor.- Oversee field activities of broker and sales agents adopting systems flow thatminimizes travel and maximum market response.SALARY RANGE: 30K – 40KBENEFITS: Government Mandated benefits and HMOWORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PMWORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga
