Customer Technical Associates (Seasonal Offer)

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for a Telco Account on a seasonal basis. This is a full-time position based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, offering the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing:
Respond to inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, or chat channels
Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products and services
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services to customers
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Adhere to established policies, procedures, and quality standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
