Sales Settlement Analyst

Job Description: Ensure that all sales documents are encoded and analyze on a regular basis. Report any discrepancies. Responds to a client inquiry with research and provides an answer in an appropriate amount of time. Required to maintain documentation files and periodically prepared reports (Deviation, Unsettled Shortages, etc.) Responsible to monitor Sales Personnel submission of documents and ensure compliance with the existing policies. Increases productivity by developing automated applications, eliminating duplications, coordinating information requirements. Provide financial advice to sales team for proper documentation and minimize if not to eliminate the control risk. Participate in process improvements projects and support other management directives. Initiate control measures in all aspects of settlement transactions and activities. Should protects organization's value by keeping information confidential. Attend to other tasks that may be assigned by Immediate Superior. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy At least 1 -3 years of work experience in the related field is required. Area Assignment: San Mateo, Rizal Cebu Davao #J-18808-Ljbffr
