Sales Representative - Bulk And Bagged Cement

Job Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:Identify and target potential customers in the construction and infrastructure sectors.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.Customer Relationship Management:Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.Monitor and analyze sales performance, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.Qualifications:Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.Strong understanding of the cement market and its applications.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Willingness to travel within the Central Luzon region, particularly Bulacan and Pampanga.Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
