Sales Representative - Bagged Cement

Job Responsibilities:oIdentify and target potential customers in the construction and infrastructure sectors.oDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.oConduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.oPrepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.oProvide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.oConduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.oCollaborate with the customer service team to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.oDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.oMonitor and analyze sales performance, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.oPrepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.•Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.•Strong understanding of the cement market and its applications.•Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).•Willingness to travel within the Central Luzon region, particularly Bulacan and Pampanga.
