Our Client in the Non- Life Insurance Industry is currently in need of Sales Professionals in CDO, Davao, Wack- Wack Greenhills and Lipa.

This is a Direct Hire Opportunity and offers a Hybrid Setup - 3 days work Onsite and 2 Days WFH per week.

JOB TITLE: SALES ASSISTANT / SENIOR / EXECUTIVE LOCATION: SALES OFFICE REPORTS TO: REGIONAL SALES LEADER DIVISION: TERRITORIAL SALES KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Meets with business representatives to gain new business and partnerships. Supports sales office plans and marketing strategies implemented in the Sales Office. Establishes network of clients by providing quality services to existing clients. Achieves individual goals and revenue targets. Entertains inquiries from clients and agents and coordinates them with the concerned departments to immediate resolutions. Prioritizes important requests from clients/partners. Reviews and attends to emails requests from clients and partners. Computes rates and requests renewals from clients. Analyzes claims issues before acting on them. Releases renewal notices to dealers and clients. Prepares sales productivity report and submits to Sales Assistant Manager for perusal. Recruits, trains, and supports handled Distributor Client. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential intermediaries and customers. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and effective manner. Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as needed. Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch sales targets and revenue goals in all sales channels (Bancassurance, Agency, Brokers, and Other Distribution Channels). Recruit productive agents. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to drive business growth. Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Develop and maintain partnerships with key clients and stakeholders. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. At least 2-4 years background or experience in non-life insurance. Strong understanding of the industry, products, and services offered by the organization. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Computer literacy and familiarity with relevant software applications. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
