As a Sales Manager (Vis/Min), you will be responsible in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, both within a company as well as with outside clients around Visayas and Mindanao. You will seek out new business opportunities, advice clients on product/service solutions that meet their needs, and resolve any issues or complaints.
Key Responsibilities/Duties Search for new clients who could benefit from the company's products and services in a designated region Travel to visit potential clients Establish new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers Manage and interpret customer requirements Persuade clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs Calculate client quotations Negotiate tender and contract terms Negotiate and close sales within agreeable terms and conditions Offer after-sales support services Administer client accounts Analyze costs and sales Prepare reports for head office Meet regular sales targets Record and maintain client contact data Coordinate sales projects Support marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events Prepare technical presentations and demonstrate how a product will meet client needs Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education Functional Relationships Internal: All employees

Requirements: Qualifications: Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specialized in Telco Sales or equivalent Willing to do field work Strong background in Telecommunication Industry Experience in selling PBX, Sip Telephone, Dect Phone and Call recording products Preferably residing in Visayas or Mindanao Specific skills & abilities: Maintain a proactive approach Build strong communication and well networked within the industry Can influence others Objective and goal focused Leadership attitude Excellent communications skills - professional presentation skills Must have excellent interpersonal skills Personal qualities: Ability to work independently and collaboratively Good time management and organizational skills Ability to provide excellent customer service Ability to manage work pressure and strict deadlines Self-motivated with high level of integrity #J-18808-Ljbffr
