Job Description: Sales ManagerRequirements:? Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in BusinessStudies/Administration/Management or equivalent.? At least five (5) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.? Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills.? Critical thinker; above average selling skills.Job Description:? Will sell hotel, restaurant, food chains, convenience stores beverage and food equipment.? Can establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quota.? Reviews progress of Sales roles throughout the Company.? Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.? Can develop field Sales action plans.? Formulates all Sales policies, practices and procedures.? Assists Sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decisionmakers.? Educates Sales Team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales andgrowth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentationstrategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales report, management of expensesand business/financial issues on contracts.?
