Part of the role is a dotted line relationship with the National Recruitment Head in Elite Recruitment (ER) to ensure alignment of program execution. The role also participates in the achievement of the company key metrics of the Project Everest strategy. •Product Ownership. Act as the overall Leader Development Trainer of all programs and campaigns. Responsible for stakeholder engagement, validation and acceptance by Agency Leaders and continuous improvement. •Data Analysis and Reporting. Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to gather and analyze relevant distribution data. Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making and optimize distribution operations in the territory. •Process Optimization. Analyze current sales processes and identify areas for improvement to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance distribution satisfaction. Implement process optimization initiatives and monitor their effectiveness. •Cross-functional Collaboration. Collaborate with other Champions within the territory as well as other Productivity Champions in the other territories to understand and align distribution-related needs and challenges. Work closely HO Productivity Champion to align business objectives, identify bottlenecks, and propose effective solutions. •Continuous Improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in distribution management. Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the distribution function. Job Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree graduate of any business management related course• With at least 6 years of insurance industry experience, particularly both agency sales management •Must have understanding and experience in distribution of various insurance products and in managing agents in the field •Has experience working with cross-functional teams and has great interpersonal skills•Preferably residing in Central Luzon and willing to be based in Central Luzon.•Male candidates
