Sales Manager

Prepare customized presentations mapped to unique use cases, pain points and/or challenges of the customers
Acquire full understanding of client requirements on both commercial and technical aspects
Prepare sales proposals and client engagement contracts
Coordinate closely with the company's client management engagement team and help drive customer success
Create a rolling sales pipeline that will help in accomplishing sales revenue goals
Build strong relationships with customers and effectively communicate product features and benefits
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
Participate in product demonstrations and educational sessions
Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries and complaints effectively
What we're looking for

Fluency in Mandarin as well as proficiency in English
Experience in sales, customer service or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Passion for technology and a desire to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Relevant qualifications or certifications in translation/interpretation are a plus


Bachelor's degree of any course
Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications/Google Suite
Good communications skills (oral and written) and strong presentation skills
Customer-oriented
Strong client relationship skills
Willing to do field work
With Drivers Licensed
