Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to drive our sales engine and lead a team of motivated sales representatives. If you are a dynamic leader with a proven track record in the entire sales process — from lead generation to closing deals — and the ability to inspire top-tier performance in your team, we want you on board!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and global reach.
• Build long-lasting client relationships by identifying and addressing their needs.
• Recruit, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
• Analyze performance data, set objectives, and ensure monthly and yearly quotas are met.
• Conduct daily check-ins with the sales team to track progress and provide guidance.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within a corporate setting.
- Proven track record of success in the sales process, from planning to closing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience coaching high-performance teams.
- Availability to travel at least 20% of the time.
- Motivational speaking experience.
- Consistent success in exceeding sales quotas.

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM PST
Salary: $1,500/month
