Analyze, prepare annual plans, and ensure that the sales team meets their quotas ans goals; Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, undertand consumer requirements, identify market trends, and suggest system improvements to achieve the company's marketing gials; Gather, investigate, and summarize market data anf trends to dradt reports; Monitor, supervise, and check sales ledger/reports; Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and manage sales team to meet sales marketing human resource objectives; Maintain relationship with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities; Oversees efficient working of employees and manage all communication with customers and vendors; Prepares reports on the performance of your department and suggest improvements that will enhance the company;s profit margins, as well as work closely with other senior department heads for the benefit of the company. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Education: P referably a graduate of BS Business or Accounting Course
Experience: With at least 3-5 years experience in sales & marketing
Other Skills: Advanced computer skills.
High attention to details and excellent analytical skills.
Excellent communications, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
The ability to undertstand and follow company policies and
procedure.
The ability to work under pressure.
