Bachelor Degree Holder
* With at least 5 years experience as a Sales Manager
* Preferable with sales experience in water filtration, kitchen equipment or laundry machine.
* Goal oriented, good strategic planning and organizing skill.
* Reviews selling prices to maximize contribution and win biddings.
* Oversees promotional and advertising activities as part of the sales program of his group.
* Communicates and maintains sound public relations with customers and suppliers.
* Recruits and assigns enough qualified personnel to adequately cover existing and potential
customers.
* Ensures adequate training of sales personnel.
* Coordinates with other departments in connection with credit and collection problems.
Decides on the degrees of repair required for a job, parts reusability and mode of parts and
materials to be ordered.
Plans and schedules service orders in accordance with priorities, parts availability and
manpower availability.
Regularly communicates to superior and other managers such pertinent information to
improve or maintain coordination with other departments and service to customers.
With good customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly responsible for the daily service scheduling/dispatching of service technicians.
Prepares proposal / quotations to customers.
Prepares summary of parts sales forecast in consultation with the Service Analyst.
JOB SUMMARY: Supervises daily activities of his section which is composed of service
analysts and technicians engaged in the equipment repair, installation and maintenance, and
general servicing of various equipment acquired from Technolux at minimum costs with
predetermined standards, production schedules and commitments; participates in the
formulation of new methods, procedures, time standards and project planning; ensures
effective utilization and administration of manpower, equipment, materials and resources
within his jurisdiction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Engineering Graduate, preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer
Preferably with at least with 1 year experience in supervising service calls
Knowledgeable in Kitchen Equipment and Air-conditioning
Develops operating plans and objectives in accordance with the set sales strategies and
targets.
Organizes and plans sales strategies to generate targeted sales volume so that the
department can operate profitably.
HIRING RANGE: Php 50,000 - 55,000
