* Promote and offer all current residential products of FLI

* Recruit and train property specialists

* Manage day to day sales activities of the team

* Ensure smooth implementation of sales policy

* Ensures achievement of the team's sales target

* Identify effective selling activities to support sales consultants

* Submit periodic sales reports and performance updates to the Sales Director.

* Meet the set sales quota of the company

* Report directly to the Sales Director

* Ensures achievement of the team's sales target
