Qualifications:
BS Agriculture graduate
1-2 years of work experience in the same field is an advantage
Strong technical working knowledge
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Team player with a positive outlook

Responsibility: Deliver the secondary sales objectives of his assigned territoryCommunicate the features, advantages, and benefits(FAB) of products to farmers/end-users and other stakeholdersImplement sales and marketing program to ensure product grounding and market shareCreation of a market for all products with emphasis on key Biostadt products
4. Organizes and establishes appropriate field activities to promote Biostadt products through:
a. commercial demo plot average of 10 demos per month
b. Farmer's field day link to commercial demo plot
c. Farmers meeting an average of 8 per month
