Job Description Sales Strategy & Execution:Drive sales growth by managing a portfolio of existing customer accounts and identifying new business opportunities in the Food & Beverage sector.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, focusing on how our food equipment can solve operational challenges.Account Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any concerns or issues with professionalism and technical expertise.Provide after-sales support and ensure successful project implementation and customer onboarding.Business Development:Identify and target new prospects within the Food & Beverage industry (including large manufacturers, restaurants, food processors, etc.).Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target industries.Product Expertise & Technical Support:Provide in-depth technical knowledge of our food machinery, ensuring clients understand the features, benefits, and ROI of our solutions.Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth product installation and integration for clients.Conduct training sessions for clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.Market Research & Reporting:Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify potential areas for business development.Regularly report on sales performance, market intelligence, and customer feedback to senior management.The Successful Applicant Industry Experience:Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the Food & Beverage industry.Proven track record in selling food machinery or equipment, preferably in a B2B environment.Experience with equipment applications and understanding of the technical aspects of food machinery.Skills:Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong problem-solving abilities with a consultative sales approach.Personal Attributes:Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service.Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally with technical and operational teams.What's on Offer International exposure and the chance to work with a diverse team of professionals.Opportunities to work in a multinational environment.
