Working time: 8:30 a.m - 5:30 p.m (break time: 1 hour)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Identify potential customers and market segments through market research, industry analysis, and customer profiling.
• Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and pitches to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Recruit, train and monitor team members.
• Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
• Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
• Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients, preparing proposals, quotes, and sales agreements in accordance with company policies and guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Graduate of bachelor's degree in business, marketing or any related field specifically to the product or service that is being sold.
• Minimum of 1-3 years in business or sales experience preferably in the logistics industry.
• Build and lead a team around 10-20 members, gaining high revenue is a plus.
• Knowledgeable customer service standards and principles.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications
