- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Sales and driving experience- Good moral character and personality- Highly motivated and results-oriented- Ability to identify and react accurately to the behavior and emotions of customers- Good listening skills
