Sales Lead (Visayas)

Job Description:

• Manages a team of sales representatives.
• Coaching and training sales reps, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and reporting to the Business Development Manager
• Focuses on maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients.
• Managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Qualifications:

. You have a diploma/degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
. You have solid prior experience in a similar role
. You possess excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills
. You have strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
