Position Overview Based at our subsidiary in the Philippines, to further strengthen our local team, we are currently seeking an:
Reporting directly to the Area Sales Manager, the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible for achieving our company's sales targets while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Key Accountabilities Develop business in the assigned area by identifying opportunities, prospects, projects.Implement brand plans and programs to all line of business.Strong Business Development proficiency – sells product through concept, technologies and Puratos solutions.Maintain professional relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.Project Management Skills is an advantage.Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.Must be a team player – willing to collaborate with the group to achieve KPIs & sales targets.Profile Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ College Degree in Food Technology/ Nutrition/ Dietetics, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Advertising/ Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.Preferably with 2 years sales experience. An advantage if it is in the food industry.With soft skills training such as presentation skills, negotiation skills, closing the deal, etc.Experience in sales responsibility, including budgets, expenses or pricing.Culture awareness and experience of diversity.Tech savvy – Navigates online platforms and prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.Business fluent in English and local language (written, verbal).One (1) full-time position is available.Finds and implements creative and innovative solutions for business challenges.Develops and shares strategic business and market insights and translates these into solutions for the business.Promotes our company culture within the wider organization.
