Job DescriptionDescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to prospective clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and ensuring sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Product Promotion and Sales: Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs effectively.Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's offerings to answer inquiries and recommend appropriate solutions.Customer Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.Provide after-sales support to maintain client satisfaction.Sales Strategy and Target Achievement: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.Develop strategies for increasing sales through identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.Regularly report sales activities, status updates, and forecasts to management.Market Research and Analysis: Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the market.Monitor competition and market developments to adjust strategies accordingly.Provide feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.Excellent knowledge of MS Office.Familiarity with CRM practices and ability to build productive business relationships.Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the local market is an advantage.Familiarity with the industry and competitors.
