Sales Executive

1. Find potential customers.

2. Prepare sales quotation.

3. Confirm sales order details inputted by sales administrative personnel in the Sales Order (S.O.) and submit the same for Top Management approval (signing printout copies or doing digital approval) using NetSuite Software.

4. Approves Mock-up

5. Research and collect information needed.

6. Handle customer inquiries and concerns through sales calls, client visits and telemarketing.

7. Track sales data and work to meet quotas or sales team goals.

8. Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.

9. Create and present regular performance reports for managers and executives.

10. Attend trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed.

11. Coordinate with Production Department for the schedule, process, approved product designs product quality control and other related matters

12. Assist Credit and Collection Department for the prompt collection of problematic accounts.
