JOB SUMMARY
The Sales Director is responsible for spearheading the Sales Team, manages, trains, monitors and motivates all sales force under his/her jurisdiction; Supervises all down lines and ensures that sales quota set forth by the Management are met regularly; Closely monitors and evaluates all sales force performance and ensures timely submission of management required reports; Develops regional contacts for generation of sales; Participates actively in Regional Events to ensure corresponding sales products are achieved.
II. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develops and executes strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
· Ensures that Sales Program for the Salesforce will generate sales to reach company's goals. Monitors the team and makes sure that the program is being implemented in an appropriate way.
· Analyzes and evaluates sales strategies and its efficiency.
· Forecast, analyzes and projects annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals.
· Gives direction to Associate Sales Director/Business Unit Head and monitors the sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
· Develops, reviews, and presents sales report to the Management.
· Actively participates in marketing events by the company.
· Analyzes and submits after event reports as required by the Company.
· Supervises the development of control and motivation the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target.
· Monitors and ensures that sellers are provided with Facts regarding the products (AEON Bleu and AEON Towers).
· Ensure that the Sales Organization mandated by management is consistently compete to achieve maximum productivity.
· Supervises and monitors training programs that teach agents how to achieve potential customers, negotiate details and close deals with clients.
· Monitors requisition of marketing collaterals with the marketing department (flyers, business cards, giveaways and etc.)
Other Responsibilities
· Understanding, continuing update and compliance of the relevant policies, procedures and service delivery standards of this position.
· Understanding, continuing update and compliance of the human resources policies, and procedures and code of conduct; while promoting management, theme and cross department support, leadership, professionalism and good relations.
· Performs other related duties and functions assigned by the President & CEO.
III. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education. Bachelor's degree in Business Management, marketing or equivalent.
2. Work Experience. Minimum three (3) years solid managerial working experience in sales, sales planning, and marketing in real estate industry.
3. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities. Knowledgeable in sales processes; Must be equipped with managerial skills; Must be computer literate; Skilled in public relations; Must be able to adapt and absorb any movements that the department requires.
