Job Scope:
• Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, industry events, and networking.
• Prospecting: Conduct outbound prospecting activities such as cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate new business opportunities.
• Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and how Acxelsus can provide solutions.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified meetings or calls between prospective clients and the sales team.
• Support: Assist the Sales Development Lead in executing strategies, preparing reports, and managing the sales pipeline.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and improve overall sales performance.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and appointments.
• Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads and the effectiveness of campaigns.
Job Requirements:
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and qualification.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
