Sales Consultant - Rn

In this role, you will provide the first impression to customers who call in looking to build their online presence. You will join a team who interact with existing and potential customers and share best practices and ideas. We take a consultative approach to sales - learning about the needs of each customer and fitting them into the best product or service available. Our mission is to provide a world-class sales experience to every customer we work with by giving them the tools and insights they need to make their vision a reality.
What You'll Do: Field inbound calls and identify areas to help our customers' online presence. Educate customers about their website and current marketing strategy to help them understand the importance of having an online presence. Provide consultation to customers regarding new products and services that will help their businesses succeed. Provide issue resolutions within our scope of support; directing customers to paid solutions or third-party steps as appropriate. Meet metrics that could include but are not limited to customer satisfaction and daily sales targets. Demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment. Apply solid sales skills to understand customer's needs and close all sales with integrity.
Who You Are: Must have strong sales experience. Driven - to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives. Exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written Strong passion for helping small and medium sized businesses succeed.
