Job Purpose This position is responsible for delivering sales profit to Ascot Chang shop-in-shop in Rustan's Makati. He/she should demonstrate exemplary customer service, operational efficiency, and merchandise management. The position also requires knowledge of measuring. Knowledge in tailoring is not a must but will be a good additional competency. The person should have experience in bespoke or tailor-made suits and accessories similar to the likes of Zegna, Kingsmen, Suit It Up, and Tiño.
Primary Accountabilities Sales Advisor – 40%
Probe customer/s on their merchandise needs. Highlight the benefits and features of the merchandise. Perform upscale and cross-selling techniques in the work area. Make appropriate suggestions and product recommendations as requested by the client. Execute new product launches and promotions. Endorse promotional products and activities to new and existing client/s. Sales Management and Admin Services – 25%
Monitor and report slow-moving and saleable items to the superior. Ensure products are stocked adequately, keeping an eye on stock levels. Protect high-value merchandise to prevent pilferage and loss. Attractively exhibit different merchandise based on the standard merchandising display requirements. Facilitate collection of payment, bag in merchandise, and gift wrapping when necessary. Endorse the next salesperson of another section that is of interest to the customer. Maintain clean and hygienic conditions in the work environment. Encourage the new customer to join Frequent Shoppers Plus (FSP), monitor old client records, and conduct telemarketing if necessary. Customer Relations – 30%
Provide relevant information on products and experiences. Recognize clients as individuals who deserve personalized service. Answer questions or handle transactions quickly. Reports – 5%
Update, accomplish, and submit monthly sales reports to direct superior. Accomplish the checklist on a daily basis. Provide monthly reports on out-of-stocks and inventory discrepancies to inventory associates/specialist. Job Dimension Education: Senior High School / College level or Diploma Course Graduate.
Skills & Knowledge Knowledge: Good knowledge of understanding sales principles and customer service practices.
Familiar with the business, systems, and procedures used in the Company.
Good knowledge of market dynamics and requirements.
Skills: Networking with clients and distributors.
Generally able to work with little direct supervision.
