Sales Cluster Head - (Roxas, Capiz)

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. – Roxas City, Western Visayas Develops sales strategies for the covered branches in the assigned territory.
Plans and implements business development activities for growing the Dealer Network in the assigned territory and increasing revenues per Dealer.
In coordination with Franchise Operations, nurtures mutually beneficial relationships with Branch Operator Managed branches and ensures these partners receive appropriate support, advice, and training.
Acts as the Regional point of coordination with Head Office Management and the support groups such as Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, Finance, and HR.
Works together with Branch Operations to achieve common revenue and financial goals.
Hires, coaches, and develops Dreams Fulfillment Officers in the branches and ensures that high performing business development teams are coached and motivated to achieve business goals.
Ensures achievement of Business Development Goals on sales revenue and maintains sales expenditures and costs within budget.
Ensures implementation of Marketing and Sales programs and promotions.
Works in individual development of direct reports and coaches them to achieve goals and professional growth.
Job Qualifications: Preferably a graduate in Business Management or any related courses.Considerable related working experience in sales, retail, direct selling and people management.Considerable market and cultural intelligence in the Panay region.With Driver's License and can drive light vehicle.Good oral and written communication, fluent in English and one Philippine dialect.
