Position: Business Development Manager for Residential EntertainmentJob Description:We are seeking a talented and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growthinitiatives and expand our market presence. As the primary driver of business developmentefforts, you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, cultivating strategicpartnerships, and fostering long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities:? Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targetsand revenue goals.? Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential Entertainmentmarket segment, with a focus on high-end properties and luxury clientele.? Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, andother industry stakeholders to generate leads and referrals.? Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats,and growth opportunities.? Lead sales and marketing teams to develop compelling sales collateral, presentations, andproposals.? Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our brand andgenerate new business leads.? Stay informed about advancements in audio-visual technology and industry bestpractices.Qualifications:? Bachelor's degree or above in business administration, Management, Marketing orrelated field.? Solid Background in developing B2C markets and/or B2B businesses.? Proven record of accomplishment of success in business development, sales, Marketingor account management.? Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.? Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.? Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders anddecision-makers.?
