Sales Audit / Bank Reconciliation Specialist

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa (Onsite for the first 3 months, then Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Schedule: 9 am - 6 pm

Qualifications:
— Obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Financial Management
— Minimum 3-4 years of previous work experience in a similar position
— With experience using ERP, preferably SAP, Reconnet tool,
— Advanced skills in the use of MS Office applications especially MS Excel
— Excellent work habits, willing to render overtime to finish the task and/or meet the deadlines
— Good oral and written communication skills

Job Summary:
The Bank Reconciliation Specialist will support the work of the General Ledger team. The role may be assigned specific finance projects or initiatives and assist in the monthly reporting requirements of the team. To develop holistic understanding of financial reporting and close processes, the role may be assigned to various processes within the team. This will involve coordination with local finance on outstanding variances and makes the appropriate action to resolve it
