Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner. - Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations. - Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
Sales - Actively engage customers to promote and sell products. - Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store. - Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
Product Knowledge - Stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotions. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of the merchandise to assist customers effectively.
Visual Merchandising - Maintain a visually appealing and organized kiosk display. - Restock merchandise and ensure adequate inventory levels.
Cash Handling - Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. - Handle cash, credit cards, and other payment methods with integrity.
Team Collaboration - Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives. - Contribute to a positive and cohesive work environment.


Qualifications:

- With at least (2) years of previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
