The Job
Plan and execute daily activities related to loan products at assigned retail store(s) or malls.
Promote all loan products to potential and existing customers within the retail store(s) or malls.
Assist and facilitate BillEase customer loan applications and sign ups
Safeguard all company assets issued within the scope of responsibility.
Cultivate positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure that marketing collateral is readily available and highly visible at the assigned retail store(s).
Strive to meet or exceed monthly targets related to loan product sales.
Provide exceptional customer service at all stages of the customer application process.
Proactively ask customers for referrals as part of the sales process.
Identify opportunities to cross-sell other products to customers.
Engage in company-provided training sessions and utilize available literature to stay informed about all product offerings.
The Ideal Candidate
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred. As long as you have the interest and passion in selling and with good oral communication skills and can deliver good customer experience
With at least 6 months of experience in sales or customer service, is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in using relevant software and technology.
Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets.
Positive and customer-centric attitude.
Willingness to stay current with industry trends and products through ongoing training.
