SALES ASSOCIATE (CEBU - URGENT)
 

JOB SUMMARY
 

To ensure that both buyers and sellers are properly oriented during the reservation process and at the same time ensuring that no double-sale will happen.
 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
 

Handle reservation

Collect initial requirements:
2 valid IDs, proof of income, filled-up BIS and LOI

Verify client as to required income for loan applied, buyers info, if with existing and marital status.

Discuss the buyer with regards the computation, policy and procedure.

Make a reservation agreement, computation, buyers guide and DOU which

need to sign by buyerAfter payment, encode the buyer to sales monitoring and update the inventory.

Update inventory in Chatbot

Check project inventory monitoring if all reservations are deleted in the inventory list before uploading to Chatbot.

Foldering and encoding to RE

Ensure all reservations within the day are already recorded and docketed.

Encode to SAP( RE) docketed folder for recording before submitted to Docs dept.

Incharge of receiving clients request, cancellation Incharge of receiving clients request, cancellation

Gather all data of buyers for discount, cancellation and request before submitting to Sales supervisor for recommendation

After the approval, route memo to all concerned departments.

Update monitoring.
