A Sales Associateis responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets.
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, and maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
Striving to achieve sales targets.
Driving up sales and profitability by proactively and reactively following up on leads.
Conduct sales calls and on-site presentations to customers to generate new sales.
Qualify leads and determine their interest and suitability for the organization's services.
Ensure all client requirements and documents are reviewed and complete.
Maintain accurate records of calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation.
Any other tasks as assigned by any manager/supervisor
QUALIFICATION(S)
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/ Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum six (6) months of working experience in sales, marketing, or telemarketing.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Good communication skills, both written and oral, are a must, as the candidate will be required to convey information clearly and professionally.
Willing to work Mondays - Saturdays
