QUALIFICATIONS:
• Preferably a graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Management, Marketing, and Communications, Economics, Mechanical Engineering courses.
• 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience.
• Highly analytical with good problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
• Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
• Attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork skills.
• Punctual, organized, motivated and detail-oriented.
• Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office and other similar software business applications, including social media applications.
• Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Overall management, training, and guidance to the sales team.
• Setting reasonable sales targets.
• Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet sales targets.
• Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
• To provide Management with timely, accurate, and concise monthly reports in an agreed format focusing on results, remedies, and reinforcements.
• Offering and managing after-sales support services (e.g.
customer complaints etc.)
• Making technical presentations and demonstrations on how company products will meet client needs.
• Provide both pre- and post-sales technical assistance and product orientation.
• Provide training and produce support material for sales team members.
• Training Sales Representatives-to-be in all aspects of the business.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Immediate Superior or Management
