Role Overview: Covers assigned National Key Accounts (NKA) branches in the area, ensuring delivery of expected branch outcomes pertaining to superior availability, visibility, quality promo and merch implementation and optimized investments in the branch. Provides quality and timely feedback to Area Trade Marketing and Customer Development Specialist (CDS) on trade opportunities, competitive benchmarking, customer and shopper insights, with the aim of ensuring win in the covered NKA branches (better than competition). Oversees the planning and implementation of initiatives in the area to ensure on-time, in-full and quality utilization of promo and merchandising investments, aligned with approved implementation guidelines. Leads in addressing implementation gaps in the area by coordinating with various stakeholders in the area. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree / 4-year Course graduate Business-related course an advantage but not a strict requirement At least 3-6 years of experience Promo and Merch Operations Processes, TPA Management/Engagement Protocols, Customer Team Orientation, Key Account Management Process-oriented, attentive to details, strong inter-personal skills, high level of integrity, communication skills, entrepreneurial, good in data analysis Currently based and/or have work experience in North Eastern Luzon, preferably in Tuguegarao Location: TUGUEGARAO CITY, CAGAYAN
