Sales Assistant

Handles and coordinates with customers on their requirements.
Monitors status of bookings from pick-up to delivery.
Coordinates with client's shipment details and status.
Provides clients with booking acknowledgement and signed delivery receipt.
Ensures that shipments of account being handled are billed accurately and on time and documents required by customers are attached to the billing and to be forwarded immediately to Finance Department for dispatch of billing invoices.
Responsible in preparation of Monthly Production Report (PR) and to be submitted on time to Account Manager for approval prior sending to Management.
Handles the files of Sales Department.
