Sales And Marketing Officer

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales and Marketing Officer at PJAC Philippine Japan Active Carbon located in Davao City, Philippines. The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing marketing initiatives and sales strategies to increase company revenue and profitability. He/She will be expected to work cross-functionally, communicate with clients, and lead the company's marketing and sales efforts. This role will focus more on closing deals, generating revenue through direct interaction and driving sales.• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Market Research and Marketing skills
• Solid knowledge in sales and marketing techniques, negotiation, and customer handling
• Sales experience
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written communication in presentation and negotiation.
• Ability to work well in a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet sales targets
• Knowledge of the carbon industry is a plus
